7.Our service

In order to help you use our bearing heater with ease, our company provides the following after-sales service for the product maintenance.

1. Products warranty (Start from the day when heater arrives at clients):

1) 1year warranty for the electrical parts;

2) 3years warranty for the host (Coils, iron yokes);

3) The temperature sensor is a consumable part and is not covered by the warranty.

2. During the warranty period, we will offer free maintenance service if there is any machine quality problem under correct operation, but except human factors. Please kindly keep your purchasing invoice(No Altered) as maintenance proof. Maintenance charge will be needed if it is out of the warranty period or damage caused by the wrong human operating. 

3. We will offer lifelong maintenance service for the sold products and guarantee that the machine part will be offered at favorable price always.

4. We could offer technical guidance and operating training video before using according to client’s need, including the related maintenance information.

4) Warranty does not apply to the following situations

Including but not limited to problems caused by: external force (violent), power, harsh environments, accidents, misuse, unauthorized repair by supplier, failure to use the instructions, failure to do the necessary maintenance and use components not offered by supplier.

If it is caused by one of the above, the clients will be charged labor costs, spare parts and other related costs.
